The services I offer are unique and targeted to a specific client population — an executive 30-55+, Senior Manager/Director level and above, facing challenges in a new or redefined position. My clients are good listeners, have the time to devote to the process (you can’t outsource this to your assistant), are fun and have multidimensional interests.

The work we do requires a commitment to the process, which means you will have written exercises to complete, including intake forms, will participate in phone and/or in-person sessions lasting one hour and may be given reading assignments.
The process requires a commitment of 3 to 6 months at minimum. Most of my clients come to me via referrals; I don’t work with everyone, and wouldn’t expect to be everyone’s choice. Because of the time and energy I devote to each client, I work only with a small, select group of executives.
If you are looking for just a fast resume redesign or creation, or are unhappy in your present job and/or industry and want to go elsewhere, I would refer you to a trusted resource, as that is not my focus.
